DCOM Email/Password Problems?

If your email is coming in really slowly, like 3 days late, or you’re having problems changing your network password, let DCOM IT know by calling them at 423-869-7411 or 800-325-0900 since both sending and receiving email may be affected, so sending them an email at ishelpdesk@lmunet.edu will probably get stuck too.  The IT Workorder request web page should notify in a different way than email, so you may want to try that as well.  The link for that page is http:/www.lmunet.edu/is/workorder.shtml  OMS III’s that are trying to use the CLIPP or WISE-MD lecture series for their core shelf exams next week will need to use school email to complete the registration.
