Another rising 2nd year and I are looking for a roommate for this coming year. Our lease starts on July 1st so you could move in around then or wait until later in the month. It is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house with a nice back yard. We’re thinking average of $400-450 including utilities per month. It’s in Middlesboro, about 10 or so minutes from DCOM. If you have questions, let us know.
